Abstract The potassium solubilizing biofertilizer based on selected bacteria (KSB) can facilitate availability of in primary silicate minerals containing to be absorbed by the plants. key successful application showing positive effects inoculated plants is selection a carrier material that guarantee viability inoculants during shelf life before being applied field. purpose this study was determine three KSB isolates which were formulated mixture K-feldspar (KF), rice straw compost (RSC), husk biochar (RHB), and Aleksandrov liquid medium (ALM) as for 24 weeksof life. experiment used completely randomized design with nine treatments composition replications. results showed formula solubilizingbiofertilizer 1% mixed culture + 15% KF 30% RSC 45% RHB+9% ALM best high inoculant 4 weeks It wasevidenced increase respiration total population 17.2% 213.2%, respectively, compared produced lowest population.
